In this exciting role, as Call Center Manager, we are seeking an individual who is passionate about LEADERSHIP and who has the drive to make a difference. Located in our Jacksonville, FL Call Center, this Manager will lead the delivery of TLS relationship products and services, which includes Centurion Relationship, Team Based Servicing, Cruise and Tour, by coaching, developing and motivating Team Leaders and Travel Counselors. This position will drive financial results and identify customer needs to deliver extraordinary customer care to demanding clientele. The ideal candidate will have the following: § Minimum of 3 years travel industry experience, along with a minimum of 3 years successful leadership experience § Expertise in premium travel – including tour and cruise is preferred § Must be knowledgeable of travel agency regulations, operations and procedures § Proven people management skills including coaching and developing both exempt and non-exempt levels § Demonstrated ability to execute business strategies, managing performance, development talent and managing change § Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment § Strong analytical skills and financial acumen § Excellent communication and organizational skills § Exceptional customer focus and passion for travel
