Description
As a Centurion Lifestyle Executive, you will be responsible for assisting card members with their requests as well as to comply with proper identification process when interacting over the phone. You endeavour to fulfill all card member requests by leveraging on your network and personal resources. Be creative when offering solutions to increase customer engagement.

* Communicate directly with card members via telephone/email
* Provide information/suggestions/recommendations/alternatives based on card members requests
* Arrange tickets/bookings/reservations/appointments/events for card members
* Promote AMEX merchants/partners

Qualifications

* Relevant concierge experience OR experience in handling premium customers is an asset
* Excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of foreign languages (Japanese, French, Italian) is an asset
* Excellent customer service skills
* Sound knowledge of local/international dining establishments
* Love for the arts & entertainment
* Ardent follower of sporting events
* Flair for creativity
* High level of energy & enthusiasm
* Good problem solving skills
* Good organizational skills
* Good time management skills
* A secondary/high school diploma is required
* Post-secondary training in tourism or hospitality management is an asset
* Ability to work under tight deadline
* Ability to work under pressure
