Based at our European Contact Centre in Wilmslow, Cheshire, UK, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of reservations and telephone queries and dealing with the Emirates Frequent Flyer Skywards Members from all over Europe.
Emirates Airline European Contact Centre is open seven days a week from 07.30 a.m. to 08.30 p.m. and you will work 37.5 hours per week based on a roster pattern.
Experience and Qualifications:
You will be educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent and have previous experience in a Customer Service role. Previous travel and/or Contact Centre experience is desirable. An excellent telephone manner, exceptional customer service and sales skills in addition to fluency in English and Italian.
